Chris Shay earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Liberty University’s School of Business in Lynchburg, Virginia, in 2015. He brings a strong foundation in business management principles and possesses extensive experience in the healthcare industry.
As Vice President of Financial Operations, Chris oversees the company’s financial and day-to-day business operations. His responsibilities also include the leadership and strategic direction of the Human Resources and Information Technology departments, as well as ensuring ongoing corporate compliance.
Chris has been a part of the team here at BPT for more than 15 years. Previously, Chris served as Director of Process Development, where he led company-wide process management efforts and spearheaded initiatives focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He and his family are actively involved in their local church and community.
